Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vachex Inc ("Vachex", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit vachexinc.com, request a call, create a client account, or receive and pay invoices.

Information we collect

Contact and request details: name, company, email, phone number, the packages you are interested in, the best time to call you, your message, and any files you attach.
Account and billing details: your login email (or, if you sign in with Google, the details described under "Sign in with Google" below), and the billing name, company, billing email, phone and address you save in your client account.
Engagement and invoice records: proposals, invoices, amounts, due dates, payment status and notes from our conversations.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank account details; we see only limited details such as the payment method type, card brand and last four digits, never your full card or account number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for offers.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie choices. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data about your visit.

Sign in with Google

You can create or sign in to your client account with your Google account. If you do, Google shares with us only your name, email address and profile picture, and confirms that you own that email address. We do not ask for, and cannot see, your Google password, Gmail messages, contacts, files or any other Google data.

How we use it: only to create and secure your client account, show your name in your account, and match your invoices and call requests to you.
How we share it: we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the secure database provider that stores client accounts for us. It is never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
How we store and protect it: it is stored with your account in our secure client database, encrypted in transit, and protected by access controls.
Retention and deletion: we keep it while your account is open. Ask us at info@vachexinc.com to delete your account and we will delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices. You can also remove Vachex's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

To provide consulting services and manage your client account
To send invoices, receipts, scheduling details and service messages
To send offers you signed up for (every email includes a way to unsubscribe)
To secure the site, prevent fraud and misuse, and fix problems
To understand how the site is used and improve it

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and forms, client accounts and records (including Google sign-in details), email delivery, payments (Stripe) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality.
Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
A buyer or successor if Vachex is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies load only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can also block cookies in your browser; some features, such as signing in, may not work without them.

Your choices

Review and update your billing details at any time from your client account.
Unsubscribe from offers with the link in any marketing email.
Change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again.
Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@vachexinc.com or calling (747) 966-0261. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices.

Data retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. Call requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and receive a copy of it
Request deletion of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it)
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide our services)
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, so the site does not respond to them differently.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will note significant changes on this page.
