Refunds & Cancellations

We want every engagement to be worth it. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work once you have approved a proposal with Vachex.
Before work begins
Cancel any time before your kickoff session for a full refund.
After work begins
Once the kickoff has taken place, we refund the portion of the package not yet delivered, based on the sessions and deliverables remaining. Completed sessions and delivered documents are not refundable.
Strategy Sessions
Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are not refundable.
Monthly packages
Cancel any time before your next invoice date and you will not be billed again. The current month is not prorated.
Delivery
All services are delivered by video call, phone, email or in person by appointment. Nothing is shipped. Written deliverables are sent electronically.
How to request a refund
Email info@vachexinc.com with your invoice number, or call (747) 966-0261. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
